Independent Aircraft Records & Compliance Reviews

Our Services

Aircraft Records & Compliance Documentation Review

A thorough audit of aircraft logbooks and maintenance records to verify regulatory compliance and identify documentation gaps before a transaction, lease, or operator audit. Built on FAR 43, 91, 135, and 145 standards. Includes AD and Service Bulletin compliance status, inspection program verification (CAMP, Traxxall, Veryon/FlightDocs), Form 337 review, life-limited component tracking, import/export airworthiness verification, and 91.411/91.413 status.

Non-Invasive Visual Condition Observations

On-site walk-around and visual condition observations of the airframe, engines, interior, and supporting documentation — informed by over 15 years of in-process and final inspection experience on business jets. Designed to surface concerns a buyer or lender should know about before committing to a deeper pre-purchase inspection.

Concise Reporting and Practical Recommendations

Clear, customer-focused written reports identifying findings, regulatory exposure, and prioritized recommendations. Reports are written to be useful to non-technical decision-makers — buyers, brokers, lenders — while standing up to scrutiny from maintenance and legal teams.

About Marcin Zelazny

Zelazny Services is an independent aviation consultancy founded by Marcin Zelazny, an FAA-certified A&P with 23 years of experience inspecting and maintaining corporate aircraft and military helicopters. After serving as a UH-1N and AH-1W mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corps, Marcin spent 17 years at Bombardier — first as an A&P technician, then as a Quality Inspector, and most recently as a Quality Researcher supporting FAR 43, 91, 135, and 145 compliance, pre-purchase evaluations, and return-to-service approvals. Based in Connecticut and available to travel anywhere as needed, Zelazny Services gives aircraft owners, buyers, brokers, lenders, and operators the same standard of independent, documentation-driven scrutiny that large MROs apply internally — without the conflicts of interest that come from broker relationships or maintenance upsells.
